Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities :



Receive and record purchase requisition Request vendor quotation and prepare purchase orders Coordinate vendor activities, gather pricing data, compare vendor offers Monitor and maintain inventory and purchase records throughout the system Receive and verify purchase invoice Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement :



Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent. At least two years of working experience in purchasing field is an added advantage. Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia Resourceful, initiative and willing to work under pressure. Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially Excel, WPS Based in Shin Yang HQ, Miri.
