Job Description


Role and Responsibilities

  • To assist the department head in monitoring the suppliers activities.
  • To monitor and maintain minimum stock (indirect) to arrange delivery
  • To monitor supplier delivery performance, price, service and quality
  • To coordinate with supplier and user quality and delivery requirement.
  • Timely work on cost reduction
  • Develop new supplier (competitive price and quality) coordinate the qualification process.
  • Follow up with supplier and internal team on the aging outstanding PO.
  • Responsibility to obtain more than two quotation (none customer appointed supplier) to make price and term comparison.
  • To ensure ISO9001, ISO14001, and yearly report update on time.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
  • At least two years (2) working experience in Purchasing
  • Good in MS office application skills (Excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook)
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in sourcing and negotiation skills
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
