Job Description

Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnership Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms Expedite, track, and update purchase order Source, negotiate and monitor all materials / commodities, equipment, service and vendors. Liaise with suppliers for scheduling and evaluate supplier delivery performance. Manage inventory levels, reduce waste, oversee the shelf life and lifecycle of materials and perform necessary action (MDA) Support cost reduction programs for new and existing project, Establish and maintain materials planning and control principal management Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production Coordinating with Sales and Production team on purchases of products. Process of invoicing, delivery orders, and other shipping docs Collecting and analysing purchasing data Estimating costs and comparing budget with actuals purchases. Monitoring costs after significant changes in products processes Product delivery planning Assign in general work as and when required Perform other duties as requested by Generating PO for all needed materials and issuing approved PO to designated suppliers. Materials costing, gathering all the quotation/ price per items/ project and send to Sales personnel.
Qualifications

Experience:

3-5 years proven experience as purchasing , business development, or a related role in semiconductor industry. Experience in a multinational or regional environment is an advantage.
Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
