Job Description

Responsible for procurement of spare parts, raw materials, consumable items, and services required by end users, ensuring timely delivery. Handle

procurement operations and inventory control

for the Transcao site in

Ivory Coast, South Africa

. Coordinate shipment and delivery arrangements, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Prepare and manage a full set of export documents accurately and in a timely manner. Liaise with external parties such as the customs department, shipping lines, and freight forwarders. Work closely with subsidiary shipping teams to ensure all required documents are complete and compliant. Ensure all shipment and inventory requirements are handled efficiently and effectively. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Required to travel to Ivory Coast, South Africa

for work assignments when necessary.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. Working experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred. Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Purchasing, Inventory Control, or Material & Warehouse Management

Remuneration includes dual salary components -- in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and Euro (EUR).
