Kenny Hills Bakers is looking for a dynamic, keen to learn, meticulous individual who able to assist the Purchasing & Supply Chain Department. Duties include, but not restricted to: - Compile requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies, and handle inquiries about orders - Gather information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services. - Ensure what was purchased arrives on schedule and meets the purchaser\xe2\x80\x99s specifications. - Respond to department & supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations. -Monitor inventory, perform buying duties when necessary, and contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries. -Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates to assist in determine the best bid, track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders, and calculate relevant costs. Candidate must: - Have eye for details & meticulous - Able to prioritize - Computer & number literate - Fresh Graduate encouraged to apply Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
