Purchasing & Supply Executive

Working Hours (5.5-day week):

Monday-Friday:

9am-6pm

Saturday:

9am-1pm

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Purchasing & Supply Executive

to manage daily purchasing, supplier sourcing, and stock coordination for Mykori's central kitchen. This role supports Production, R&D, Warehouse, and Halal teams.

? Responsibilities

Handle

daily purchasing

based on production orders Maintain multiple suppliers for each raw material & packaging item

Source new suppliers

(local & overseas) and negotiate pricing Maintain good working relationships with suppliers Perform

month-end stock counts

and verify stock accuracy Coordinate with

Warehouse Manager

to ensure stock sufficiency Support

R&D

by ordering new ingredients or samples Work with

Halal team

to obtain halal certs, COA, and spec sheets Update and maintain purchasing records, price lists, and PO logs Follow up on deliveries, shortages, or urgent production needs Occasionally purchase from

Taobao / 1688 / Alibaba

? Requirements

1-2 years purchasing experience (F&B background is a bonus)

Basic Excel

skills Strong follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills Detail-oriented and highly responsible Able to work closely with Production, Warehouse & R&D

MANDARIN proficiency is a strong plus point

Experience purchasing from Taobao / 1688 is a major advantage

Able to work

5.5 days a week

Experience with China suppliers Understanding of food ingredients or packaging materials Able to compare quotations and suggest cost savings Familiarity with halal documentation (COA, specs)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
