Position Title : Commodity Buyer

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM3,000 - RM5,000

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Follow purchasing procedures and make new products sourcing independently

\xc2\xb7 Improve supplier\'s performance (quality, cost, delivery and service)

\xc2\xb7 Make material plan and inventory management

\xc2\xb7 Plan/manage the routine raw material orders

\xc2\xb7 Suggest improvements in purchasing and production systems.

\xc2\xb7 Import/Export documents preparation for precise customs declaration and efficient clearance; Include invoice, packing list, CO and others.

\xc2\xb7 HS code classification for new production and data maintenance.

\xc2\xb7 Contact and send all necessary documents to the customer and ensure all documents finish before the ship arrive destination port.

\xc2\xb7 Export status daily tracking & tracing.

\xc2\xb7 Coordination with suppliers, service providers, warehouse team and production team.

\xc2\xb7 Duties and other forwarder billing verification prepare payment & expense claim accordingly.

\xc2\xb7 AX system sale order packing slip

Requirement

\xc2\xb7 Min 2 years working experience in a factory or trading company.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of HS codes and import/export operations.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of supply markets in steel & construction industry.

\xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

\xc2\xb7 Planning & purchasing skills

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills, enthusiasm and diligence in working with various group of people.
