Purchasing / Procurement Assistant

to support our current team . This full-time position is based at HICOM Glenmarie, Shah Alam

What we're looking for

Good command of English is a must - Verbal and Written Intermediate to Advance level of Microsoft Excel is a must for regular reporting Have experience using WMS and other related software Some experience in purchasing and trading Preparing and processing purchase orders, including shipping documentation Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities and expenditures Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Handling Inbound and Outbound Shipping Requirements A minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail A team player with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively Passion for golf or knowledge of golf products is a plus
