: AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI Specialist)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in traditional ML models, deep learning, and practical experience in building, fine-tuning, and integrating large language models (LLMs) or other generative architectures into real-world applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and optimize ML/AI models for production use cases across NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems. Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) for tasks such as text generation, summarization, conversation, or multimodal solutions. Collaborate with data engineering teams to collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets for training and evaluation. Deploy AI/ML pipelines and integrate models into business applications using APIs, microservices, or cloud-native solutions. Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and model architectures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ensure model fairness, interpretability, and compliance with ethical AI practices. Document workflows, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers in AI/ML best practices.

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field. 5-6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, scikit-learn. Strong background in deep learning, NLP, and generative model development (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow). Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering techniques. Knowledge of MLOps best practices: CI/CD for ML, monitoring, and model lifecycle management. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
