Customer service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on jewelry selection. Sales and transactions: Assist with the sales process, negotiate deals, and efficiently handle payments (cash, credit, installments) and related paperwork. Product knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge about the jewelry on offer, including different types of metals, gemstones, diamonds, and watches. Visual merchandising: Arrange and maintain displays to be visually appealing and follow store merchandising standards. Inventory and stock management: Assist with inventory control, including restocking, conducting stock takes, and managing product presentation. Customer relationship building: Build and maintain a strong customer base through exceptional service and follow-up. Sales targets: Work to achieve and meet personal and store-wide sales targets. After-sales service: Provide information on jewelry care, handle customer queries, and manage returns or repairs.
Skills and qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for and knowledge of jewelry, fashion, and current trends. Ability to work as part of a team and meet sales goals. Professional and polished appearance.
