Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, HSPM, and IATF 16949 standards is preferred.
• Malaysian citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct reliability testing and in-process quality control (IPQC) activities.
• Maintain and calibrate reliability testing equipment.
• Ensure that subordinates adhere to the required procedures and instructions.
• Guide subordinates during the checking process, providing feedback to superiors regarding any abnormalities detected.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, health, safety, and environmental (HSF) policies, and safety regulations.
• Provide quality records and performance indices to the Head of QA Department when required.
• Take responsibility for other related tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
• Have the authority to stop non-conforming materials, work in progress, or finished goods from further processing or delivery.
• Approve IQC, IPQC, and QA reports.
• Be aware of potential risks and opportunities, and understand the needs of interested parties.
• Supervise and prepare samples for testing as required.
