Qa Engineer ( Customer Quality Engineer)
Job Description
:
1. Participate in new projects and provide support for setting quality perimeters, evaluate quality requirements (such as drawing reviews/sample verifications/supplier review/control plans, etc.) and responsible for ensuring customer requirements are including in quality planning process.
2. Responsible for the inspections/testings and verifications for NPI projects and improvements.
3. Optimize the inspection methods, such as special inspection tool designs and applying for purchasing or verification.
4. Dealing with non-conformity or abnormalities in the production process.
5. Handling of customer complaints, organize purge, investigations and analysis.
6. Provide analysis report from quality data, suggest and put forward the improvement measures and supervise the implementation and feedback.
7. Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
