Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans for injection moulding processes
Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements
Monitor production quality capability studies
Define inspection methods, sampling plans, and acceptance criteria
Manage non-conforming materials, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Support process validation activities
Coordinate internal and external audits (customer, ISO as applicable)
Collaborate with suppliers on quality performance and corrective actions
Train production and technical teams on quality requirements and defect prevention
Maintain quality documentation, records, and traceability systems
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and rework
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and polymer materials
Expertise in defect analysis for moulded parts
Experience with supplier quality management is a plus
Software & Tools
Proficiency in quality tools and data analysis software
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Experience with CAD viewers and inspection software is an advantage
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related field
Experience in regulated industries (automotive, medical, plastic packaging) is an advantage.
Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 (as applicable)
