The QA Engineer will administer the company quality program to continually improve the quality level of products and services to achieve total customer satisfaction.2. Establish and implement quality plans and procedures to achieve required level of product quality, reliability and safety.3. Manage product quality assurance, conduct production line audit periodically and work with process owners on internal quality issues - ICR, INCR, outgoing rejects4. Facilitate quality improvement and problem- solving programs5. Identify, initiate and champion the resolution of cross-functional issues through the development and implementation of systems or procedures6. Support customer and 3rd party audit to the plant with respect to the process and product quality under the care7. As an ISO9001 Internal Auditor8. Spearhead Line QRQC improvements to improve process scrap9. Manage and follow through customer complaints through 8D report and ensure issues resolved and 8D report closed timely and satisfactorily10. Validates the complaint;11. Provides containment action plan within one working day;12. Works with the process engineer, production executive & APU manager on 8D report and responds to the customer within 5 working days, using QRQC methodology13. Closely following-up with the customer on 8D till customer\'s acceptance / closure;14. In the event of customer\'s request, to present the 8D report to the customer & if required, together with respective process engineer;15. Updates the complaint details (e.g. root causes, containment action, permanent CA) into Lynx if the complaint is logged into Lynx.16. Review and understand key process quality documents such as PFMEA, Process Control Plan, Inspection Standards, etc and perform periodical audit17. Respond to customer\'s requests, such as customer surveys, PPAP, OGI reports, etc.Requirement1. Diploma holders with 3 or more years of related experiences in a manufacturing environment2. Degree holders with more than 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment3. Experience in implementing ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO/IATF16949 is essential4. Experience in TQM implementation is needed5. Knowledge in assembly process, experience in PCBA or connector assembly will be an added advantage6. Knowledge of SPC application and experience in conducting quality audits essential7. Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills and team orientated8. Knowledge in manufacturing , preferably in electronics parts assembly process, experience in PCBA or connector assembly will be added advantage9. Good knowledge of Quality tools such as SPC and 7 QC tools10. Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO/IATF16949 quality system is essential11. Able to work independently12.
