As an AWS Premier Partner in Malaysia, we're seeking a dynamic Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to support our most strategic initiatives, from cloud migrations to Generative AI implementations. Develop plans to execute quality testing



Work with relevant teams to plan for quality testing based on established testing procedures and guidelines



Identify relevant features for quality testing



Develop quality testing approach and steps to satisfy test objectives including functional test/user acceptance test, performance test, and production smoke test



Develop test plans



Obtain technical documents to understand user requirements, product specifications and intended outcomes



Create test scenarios that complies with established testing procedures and

guidelines



Perform quality testing



Keep track of improvements made to enhance quality of products



Apply existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems



Identify issues that arise from quality assurance tests



Document quality assurance testing outcomes



Conduct quality assurance tests against design requirements, and specifications



Trace issues to relevant development stage and teams



Automate quality assurance testing for suitable types of tests and test processes



Analyse results from quality assurance tests to determine if the product fulfils performance standards and functional requirements as detailed in design requirements and specifications



Optimise quality processes



Conduct research on industry best practices and new methodologies, practices and technologies to optimise quality assurance processes



Identify opportunities to decrease time and cost spent on system quality assurance processes



Propose improvements to optimise quality assurance testing process



Key Responsibilities



? Core Competencies



3+ years in tech project Quality Assurance domain (cloud/AI projects preferred)



Test certifications (or equivalent practical experience) preferred

Cloud Awareness:

AWS services, migration frameworks, cost management



Success Traits



Meticulous and analytical professional who ensures that products, services, or processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance



With a strong focus on strategy rigor, excel at designing and implementing testing protocols, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement



Their ability to think critically and systematically allows them to anticipate potential issues and develop solutions proactively



You value precision, structure, and continuous learning

AI Curious:

You're excited to explore GenAI for test efficiency gains



Qualifications



Degree in Business, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience)



Fresh graduates with QA internships/certifications may apply for junior QA Engineer position

Senior candidates:
