Job Description

Responsibility

• Organize internal quality audits and other quality assurance activities
• Train and supervise QC inspectors to carry out proper inspection and measurement reporting.
• Clear all non-confirming parts on a timely basis with proper documentation for disposal.
• Involve in establish of operating procedures.
• Ensure right measuring methods and equipment are utilized in the inspection of parts.
• Feedback to management immediately when there are any abnormalities affecting operations.
• Work closely with QA Officer
• Any special assignment that is warranted by management at any time of need.

• Develop and maintain and complying with company\xe2\x80\x99s ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 requirements

• Develop and monitor implementation of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

• Take charge in scheduling and conducting audit to all business units, audit finding evaluation and post-audit follow up

• Carry out data statistical analysis to continually improve compliance of ISO 9001& ISO 14001

• Conduct post-audit meeting for audit findings recommendations

Skills & Experience

• 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Quality Assurance or relevant fields.
• Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Leadership and organizational skills

• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in quality related activities.

• Excellent exposure and knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO14001

• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of staff

• Self-motivated, knowledge and understanding of ISO
