Job Description

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering - Electrical & Electronics or other related experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in quality assurance in electronics manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge International Standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001 and etc.
• Good knowledge and understanding in product development process, product testing, production processes and quality assurance.
• Familiar with electronics hardware, firmware and computer software.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal & written.
• Proficient in MS Office & Outlook.
• A team player with strong leadership skills, communication & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Address customer complaints regarding quality issues.
• Coordinate process, production and other departments to solve quality problems, and promote on-site and product continuous improvement
• Production, update and maintenance of inspection guidance document forms
• Quality follow-up of the production process and confirmation of abnormal production lines
• Data collection, analysis and convening of regular process quality meetings
• Formulate inspection work instructions and inspection forms
• External quality problems collate and investigate reports to form 8D or RCCA for reply
• Participate in samples, make suggestions on the sample production process and formulate APQP related documents according to customer requirements
• Handle process abnormalities in the plant, and analyze the batch defects to improve
• Analyze and judge the defective products, coordinate with the engineering department to formulate the repair process and inspection points, and issue a repair work order
• Coordinate the project and the warehouse, and deal with the ERP system for customer complaints
• NPI process quality planning and management
• Supplier and raw material quality management
• Coaching and training Quality team members
• Setup and maintain the company\'s quality objectives and quality policy
• Actively obey other tasks assigned by the leader/management.
