Responsibilities:

In-charge of Document Control Center (DCC)- ensuring changes in manual, procedures and forms all well updated and distributed & proper upkeep the ISO documents according to retention periods.
Represent as Management Review and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in order to comply to ISO9001.
Perform analysis for non-conformities, defects and customer complaints to identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Liaise with production and engineering teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and manufacturing processes.
Manage and oversee the calibration of measuring and testing equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
In Charges of all work instruction of production process.
Responsible for all quality control and quality assurance activities
Prepare and present reports and metrics to Management.
Attend to ad-hoc task and be a team player.

Education, Qualification, Experience and Skill Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of experience in QA/QC role
Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels and proactive.
Good attendance, willingness to learn, meticulous, diligent, honest and self-discipline.
Familiar with ISO9001 Standards.
