Job Description

s:
1. Receiving direct communications relating to quality problems from customer, purchasing, engineering, quality, customer service and sales personnel.
2. Reviewing and initiating RMA, RTV and Nonconformance Reports.
3. Implementing and assuring proper corrective action.
4. Implementing and assuring proper material dispositions and initiating material review board actions if necessary.
5. Initiation of Quality Caution Cards, Product Deviations or SA. Follow up with customers to ensure acceptance/approval of Product Deviations or SA is given.
6. Handle customer complaints; provide timely response with effective preventive actions.
7. Liaise with customers pertaining to quality / environmental audits.
8. Work with Engineering and Prod. Process team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure internal process capability is effective to meet product requirements
9. Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system.
10. Understands the customer requirements, business environment and current issues.
11. Perform any other tasks as requested by the superior.
