To ensure all Kopi Saigon outlets comply with the established operating standards, product quality, and brand image set by HQ. The QA & Audit Officer is responsible for conducting regular inspections, identifying operational weaknesses, and recommending corrective actions to maintain consistent quality and service standards across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Outlet Operational Audit
- Conduct regular audit visits to outlets to verify compliance with daily operating SOPs, including cleanliness, customer service, and stock management.
Product Quality Control
- Ensure all food and beverage products are prepared according to the recipes, procedures, and taste standards determined by HQ.
Brand & Visual Standard Monitoring
- Ensure each outlet adheres to visual standards such as store layout, staff uniform, menu board, and Kopi Saigon's brand image.
Documentation & Compliance Review
- Review essential documents such as daily operation logs, stock reports, and staff training records to ensure full compliance with HQ policies.
Audit Evaluation & Reporting
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports after each visit, including photos, findings, and recommendations for improvement to HQ and the respective outlets.
Follow-up Actions
- Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans by outlets following the issuance of audit reports.
Training & Quality Improvement
- Assist in conducting refresher training sessions for outlet staff on product quality standards, hygiene, and beverage preparation SOPs.
Complaint & Quality Issue Monitoring
- Investigate customer complaints related to products or services, identify root causes, and propose improvement measures to HQ
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Business, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QA, auditing, or outlet/leasing compliance (F&B industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of quality standards and audit procedures.
Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for outlet audits and inspections.
