Responsibilities:
1. CHEMICAL CONTROL
To monitor the chemical room in term of chemical records, usage, first in first out and effectiveness;
To generate chemical usage report
To ensure all chemical use in the factory are compliance to the regulatory requirements
To monitor on chemical usage and do monthly report
To assist to do yearly budget for chemicals used.
2. PEST CONTROL
To implement the pest control schedule;
To make sure there are no pest inside the factory;
To carry out the pest monitoring with appointed pest controller in monthly basis;
Manage sanitation and pest control programs of the plant;
To liaise with the pest control company in any activities of the plant.
3. HYGIENE TRAINING
To provide hygiene training to workers on how to clean the instruments, apparatus, utensils and area;
To liaise with human resource department on the typhoid injection and food handler training.
4. FACTORY HYGIENE AUDIT
To conduct weekly factory hygiene audit based on the checklist given;
To issue corrective actions on the non conformance;
To prepare and follow up the non conformance is attended.
Requirements:
Minimum 1- 2 years' experience in QC position, it is good if candidate is from Food Industry
Possess with Bachelor's Degree in Food Sciences/ANY Science disciple
Good knowledge in chemical terms
