Job Description

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Electronic and Electrical

2. To analyses all the quality report matter and propose for the improvement aligned with the defective trend.

4. To follow up with the respective department for the improvement activity and implementation effectiveness.

5. To lead the team on the Failure analysis activity using the SPC methodology, WHY/How Analysis, FMEA, 5M1E and closure of the finding effectiveness.

6. Daily monitoring on the ESD compliance, line audit activity, checking the MOI versus the actual process and verify the standard line align with IE standard time for line balancing.

7. To ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirement and related SOP implemented at the process, facility and complied with the standard and any legal requirement such as use of chemical exposure, scheduled waste disposal and air emission monitoring.

8. Act as QA Representative for any new product transfer

9. Feedback to the management on the failure finding with regard to the quality issue found at production.

10. Report to the management on the progress of the quality improvement activity.

11. To follow up on any rework/sorting activity inside the plant.

12. Drive the COQ (Cost of Quality) and report the result to the management on monthly basis.
