Administration - To establish/update program, SOP, and checklist as per YUM! and regulatory requirement and standard - To ensure service/goods purchase is processed through company in-house system via PR and PO People Management - To conduct in-house food safety related training - To ensure operation practices comply with the company policy and guidelines Restaurant Support - To conduct product recall, investigate and identify root cause to mitigate the risk and avoid recurrence. - To ensure quality and safety of products from receiving, processing and delivery as per standard requirements. Compliance of all Local regulatory, Food Safety and Quality Requirement - To ensure facilities practices and operations are complying with franchisor requirement and local regulatory requirements, e.g., Halal, DOSH. DOE, Local Council etc. - To conduct Food Safety and Quality internal audit / daily inspection. - To implement FSSC22000 and to get all facilities to be certified in designated timeline. Requirements: - Degree in Food Science or related field - Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in food production or manufacturing field - Solid understanding in Food Safety & Quality system - Able to work independently, a team player and proactive - Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal) - Able to work during odd hours, extra hours or during the weekend as and when required. - Has leadership qualities and able to coach a team - Successful candidate will be based in KKIP Commissary
