4) Assist on data collection for Management System analysis (Aspect & Impact and Risk & Opportunity Assessment)
5) Assist internal audits and management reviews. Second coordinator on external audits.
6) Second coordinator for customer visits, meeting, gemba or audit related with products quality or company compliances.
7) Alert on quality issues associated from suppliers or products, report to HOD and coordinate immediate action to be taken. Lead root cause analysis for the issue and suggest countermeasures.
8) Prepare report on all quality issue arise internally or from customer complaint
