is looking for a

QA Executive (Food Technologist)

to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will be part of the creative force behind new menu items and ensure every product meets KFC's high standards for quality, safety and taste.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop new food products and menu items in line with the company's marketing calendar. Plan and execute long-term base menu strategies. Support smooth and successful new product launches in collaboration with other departments. Establish and improve product development procedures and SOPs. Conduct ingredient, equipment, packaging and utensil testing and evaluations. Prepare estimated costs for all new products. Work closely with Marketing, Operations, SCM and Training to support product initiatives. Compile Halal certificates for all new products prior to launch. Input new recipes and PLU codes into Food Market Hub for menu configuration.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science & Technology or equivalent field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical, time management and communication skills. Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team. Comfortable working in both office and kitchen environments. Must be non-vegetarian and free from severe food-related health risks. Office base work but must be able to work in a kitchen environment. Also require minimum traveling within Klang Valley area when necessary.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
