Responsibilities
Responsible and maintaining food quality system: FSSC 22000, HACCP, HALAL and other related food system.
Responsible for supplier audit, customer audit or third-party audit.
Manage training of the quality and production team on relevant food safety issue such as GMP awareness.
Provide guidance on quality assurance and quality control activities.
Responsible to handle, coordinate and update customer complaint and food safety related issues.
Ensure the adherence of factory team to food safety system by patrol and audit programme to produce consistency goods, regulatory compliance products and meet customer expectation.
