Implement and monitor food safety and quality management systems (HACCP, GMP, MESTI).
Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process checks, and finished goods.
Maintain and review quality documentation: SOPs, quality manuals, batch records, and audit reports.
Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits by regulatory bodies.
Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and GMP compliance across production areas.
Investigate and report non-conformances, and implement corrective & preventive actions.
Train production staff on hygiene, GMP, and quality protocols.
Maintain records for traceability and regulatory compliance.
