Job Description

1. Training Needs Analysis & Planning

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. Develop and implement the annual training plan aligned with operational objectives, compliance requirements, and company goals.

2. Training Delivery & Execution

Deliver and coordinate training programs related to HACCP, GMP, food safety, and Halal standards. Organize and facilitate in-house training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for new employees.

3. Regulatory & Technical Compliance

Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure training content is updated according to current SOPs and regulatory standards. Coordinate compliance-related training such as GMP, HACCP, and food safety refresher courses. Support during internal and external audits and regulatory inspections (e.g., Ministry of Health, Halal certification bodies).

4. Evaluation & Record Management

Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for audit and compliance purposes. Prepare monthly and annual training reports for management review.

5. Learning Innovation & Culture Development

Assist in developing digital learning tools or e-learning modules to enhance training accessibility. Support company-wide learning culture and employee engagement initiatives. Promote positive food safety and compliance culture across all levels of the organization.
Requirement:

Knowledge of food industry standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal) is a strong advantage. Qualified Food Handler Trainer certificate is preferable Experience conducting audits or supporting audit readiness training. 1-3 years of experience in training or experience in the food or manufacturing industry is highly preferred. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
