Job Description

1.Assist to Halal Consultant, develop Haccp & Halal Assurance System, report generating and all controlling Haccp & Halal related matter, documentations and filings. 2. Manage training throughout companies in creating proper Halal work force, module and management structure. 3. Initiate quality and hygiene programs to ensure the operators are trained and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Hygiene Practices 4.Perform inventory tasks according to company guidelines to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock and report any stock issues to management. 5.Maintain updated and accurate records of stock consumption and availability of stocks; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between actual stock and records. 6.
