Job Description
Role SummaryTo verify material or product compliance at incoming, in-process or final inspection according to specifications/ requirements. Help to ensure company and customers requirement are being met.Responsibilities * Verifies material or product by confirming specifications, conducting visual inspection measurement tests, rejecting and returning non-confirming material or product.
- Follows inspection and test method. Update necessary quality record and report.
- Uses inspection and measurement equipment in accordance to the operating instructions.
- Performs line audit to ensure compliances to standard operating procedures and product compliances.
- Be accountable for material or product quality targets.
- Effective execution of material or product quality initiatives.
- Performs data entry and transaction using manufacturing system.
- Updates and publishes daily report.
- Performs simple maintenance for QA equipment.
- Assists QA Engineer/ Technician for materials/ products evaluation and simple failure analysis.
- Responsible to understand and comply to related Environmental Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Management System requirements.
- Cooperate with employer with regard to environmental, safety and health at workplace.
- Performs any task assigned by superior.
