Job Requirements :

Job Responsibilities :

At the receiving, preliminary, in-process, and final inspection stages, conduct visual and dimensional inspections.
Render accurate records of inspection findings.
Adhere to internal Quality Management System specifications.
Conduct inspections using a range of precision measuring tools, including gauges, micrometres, callipers, verniers, and indicators.
Interpret gauge resolution needed to carry out dimensional examinations.
Interpret diagrams and instructions from engine manuals, inspection records, inspection record method sheets, operations sheets, intricate blueprints, etc.
Examine and evaluate preliminary dimensions and visual results to establish the scope of work in accordance with the customer\'s purchase order and authorised technical data.
Examine customer preference files to make sure they are being followed.
