Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Assisting in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Performing functional, regression, and exploratory testing on web and mobile applications. Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Collaborating with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects. Assisting in automating test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or other tools. Conducting API testing using tools like Postman. Supporting the QA team in improving testing processes and best practices. Documenting test results and preparing test reports.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus. Knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is an advantage. Experience with issue-tracking tools like JIRA is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to think critically. Good communication and teamwork skills.
