Job Description
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Responsible for all new product measurement and visual inspection buy-off in compliance to customer requirements with data properly recorded for QA Engineer review.
Highlight to QA Engineer on any quality issues encountered that may require further disposition/decision.
Daily random quality check/verification at Injection Moulding (IM), Profile Extrusion (PE), assembly process and/or secondary processes.
Ensure all inspection activities of related processes conform to customer requirements.
Training and updating of new requirements and /or specifications to all inspectors.
To ensure good housekeeping at all QA assigned locations.
Assists superior or Engineers on handling any other assignments/projects as when required/instructed.
Job Specification/Requirement:
Possess a Diploma / STPM / SPM or equivalent in any disciplines.
Understand ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO38485, 5S and have knowledges in such field will be an advantageous.
Wiling to work in meeting tight deadline, under pressure and teamwork environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
