Job Description

Liaise with Engineering in preparation of FA measurement data. Prepare FA reports on completed measurement data. Provide re measurement upon request of customer or superior. Prepare weekly CPK or any measurement report requested by customer or superior. Understand how to handle measuring equipment and jig such as Projector Profile, Non-contact equipment, caliper pin gauge and etc. Ensure all in-house equipment, jig, or fixture are calibrated as per the master list and also it's updates accordingly. To ensure received calibrated certificate from external lab and file up accordingly. Ensure daily dimension measurement is carry-out in production by measurement inspectors. Ensure the daily measurement is recorded into the X- BAR R Chart. Any discrepancy found in dimension is immediately communicated to production.

Job Qualification

Minimum SPM/Diploma At least 2 years working experience as a Lab Technician, in Plastic Injection Moulding background. Strong knowledge in quality solving skills, supervisory skills and also auditing skills. Well-versed at the 7QC Tools, SPC, 8D problem solving skill, MSA & FMEA. Good in MS Office application skills (Excel, Power Point & Outlook) Well-versed in handling measurement equipment skills.
