The Role Responsibilities Strategy Candidate is aware and understands the Group\'s business strategy and model appropriate to the role. Adopt and understand the knowledge of functional and technical aspects of application Understands Requirements and architecture of the application Develop testing strategies to meet the testing mandate. Develop and document Programme test plan Author and maintain Test Management Plan documentation Documenting tests findings and results Provide QC and QA for of each project plans Business Candidate is aware and understands the business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates Processes SDLC process Test Delivery Model Test Governance Agile People & Talent Testing Expertise and Continuous Improvement Provide expertise and recommendation to automate testing where possible Become an expert and implement bank\'s testing standards across the programme Experience in testing across multiyear programmes Identify cross project issues/audit observations and capture learning and best practices for future efforts Promote a culture of innovation Continuously seek opportunities for improvement within role, processes, team, and portfolio Keep up to date of industry project assurance methodologies and practices Anticipate future testing, automation needs of the programme based on the defined programme vision Effectively works with global on and offshore teams Ability to collaborate with different teams Present and effectively advocate for the Programme Risk Management Candidate is aware and understands the main risks facing the Group and the role the individual plays in managing them Governance End to End governance on the various test phases mandated by SCB\'s SDF s and unified test model framework Understanding the regularity requirements for various regions Helps in all testing-related activities from test strategy phase, requirements gathering, test preparation and execution, test data as well as post implementation reviews Overall stakeholder management, regular meetings & reporting to project sponsor/s and project managers Supporting the Internal and external audits by providing the necessary test deliverables. Interaction with end-users and UAT lead counterparts, Production Support and other Technology partners Overall testing team management, resource forecasting, recruitment, on-boarding Key stakeholders FCSO Business Teams FCSO Operations Team FCSO Technology Central Governance team Our Ideal Candidate Good knowledge in both Manual and Automation testing Good in communication, Stakeholder management, team engagement. Familiar with Confluence, JIRA process and Testing methodologies Must have technical skills SQL Pyspark - (Python +Spark) ETL testing Shell scripting Must have: Automation skills Primary: Selenium, Cucumber/ BDD framework Experienced in DevOps tool stack and embedding automated tests in the CI/CD pipeline Good knowledge of API Testing using (REST / Soap UI / Postman / Swagger) Knowledge of Cloud technologies is a plus (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) Designing and reviewing the test cases and scripts Reviewing the test execution results Reviewing the final test results Understanding of Test automation standard and test automation technology compliance Good knowledge of JIRA tool and be able to create Dashboard Take a proactive approach to save effort and improve efficiency Ensure effective utilisation of the test automation suite and meet planned ROI on a regular basis Knowledgeable to prepare estimates for large projects Deliver projects within cost, schedule & quality Creative to resolve technical challenges during execution Understand the business criticality of the application and ensure risks/issues are captured Implement standard test reporting Test evidence to be as per the regulatory compliances Role Specific Technical Competencies Java Genie Framework Cucumber Git VBS SQL DevOps Manual Testing Automation Testing Selenium About Standard Chartered We\'re an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
