Establish, implement, and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with standards and regulations ISO 9001
Plan and conduct internal audits and management reviews; identify systemic issues and lead corrective and preventive actions.
2. Quality Standard Development and Implementation
Develop, review, and update product/service quality standards and inspection specifications.
Ensure all production and service activities comply with defined quality requirements and acceptance criteria.
3. Quality Control and Continuous Improvement
Oversee quality control processes, including raw material, in-process, and final product inspections to prevent non-conformities.
Analyze quality performance data
4. Supplier Quality Management
Collaborate with procurement to evaluate and qualify suppliers according to company standards.
Conduct supplier audits, monitor performance, and drive ongoing supplier quality improvements.
5. Quality Team Management
Lead, train, and develop the quality team to strengthen technical expertise and operational efficiency.
Set clear objectives, assign responsibilities effectively, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
