- Manage and coordinate quality inspections.
- Monitor and audit supplier performance, implementing corrective actions and improvement programs.
- Conduct internal audits to maintain compliance with operational, legal, customer, and QEHS standards.
- Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Supervise material qualifications, process validations, and maintain accurate records.
- Continuously enhance internal quality systems and procedures for operational excellence.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a QA Manager or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
- Customer-focused with confident and proactive communication skills
