Job Overview
The QA Manager in a metal precision manufacturing environment is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality standards and client specifications. This role requires leading the quality assurance team, implementing effective quality control processes, and maintaining adherence to industry standards and certifications.
Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and IATF 16949 standards.
• Drive quality performance improvements by controlling COQ, COPQ, and reducing DPPM at customer production lines.
• Develop and implement inspection procedures, quality plans, and calibration controls for inspection and testing equipment.
• Prevent and manage non-conformities, including disposition of non-conforming products and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Represent the company in internal, customer, and certification audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
• Monitor, review, and report on quality system performance and documentation changes.
• Lead, train, and evaluate QA team members, setting KPIs and driving departmental performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support continuous improvement and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
• At least 10 years of working experiences in QA, QMS role
• Quality tools & knowledge (Six Sigma, minitab, & 7QC etc.)
• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 & ISO 14000.
• Familiar with QA Lab measuring equipment , eg. CMM, Profile Projector, Tensile test, etc.
• Knowledge in Autocad and 3D drawing will be a plus point.
• Good analytical skills towards quality incidents.
