- Technical proficiency - must be able to use computers and generate reports.
- Ability to analyze data and create and review processes.
- Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Possess excellent writing and interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Self-motivated and a fast learner.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (written & oral) to coordinate with staff and associates in China.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferable.
- Relevant experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of quality assurance tools and methodologies.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Quality Improvement Associate, Quality Auditor, or Quality Engineer is an advantage.
- Establishing and implementing the quality standards for products or services
- Monitoring quality testing and identifying gaps in the testing
- Staying current on laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Overseeing the quality assurance team
- Training other employees on quality procedures
- Handling quality reports and documentation
- Collecting and analyzing quality assurance data
- Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of supplies
