Requirements
- Minimum SPM or above (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Fluent both written and spoken in English and Mandarin language (project requirement).
- Computer savvy
- Effective listener with the ability to monitor large volume of calls on a daily basis ensuring service and accuracy.
- Can start working on 8th May 2023.
- Effective listener with the ability to monitor large volume of calls, chat & emails on a daily basis ensuring service & accuracy
- Drive action plans to improve detective rate and overall quality score of the team through analysis of improvement on fatal errors
- Work closely with call center team leader and provide them with feedbacks on strength and weakness of their agents and to recommend ways to improve performance
- Preparing reports for daily / weekly / monthly agent performance & hold call calibration session with client to discuss about the agent performance and action plans to improve the service quality
- Basic salary range (RM2,100 - RM2,300) + KPI incentives (Up to RM300) + Allowances (RM400)

- Working hour: 10:00 am - 7.00 pm
- Monday - Friday
- Off day: Weekend & Public Holiday
- Office within walking distance form Ampang Park LRT station.
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
