Job Description

Roles and responsibility:

As Quality Lead to support NP team in generating quality requirements on the new project or on-going transfer of existing products intothe manufacturing line including generating required Quality Control Plan associated process, equipment and product validation and verification protocols. Identify and implement effective process control systems to support validations, including generating the protocols to document plans and reports as applicable. Work closely with NP Team in the performance/completion of product verification and validation activities for existing and new products. Develops project plans including resource, schedule and tool requirements. Establish test procedures, collects data and analyzes test results by visual and statistical means. Remains abreast of and consults on technical advancements. Resolves and/or facilitates the resolution of problems including identifying causes to prevent re-occurrence. Define, develop and document critical check point, acceptance criteria in support of manufactured product based on customer's requirement Lead a team of technician, provide training on vision system(OGP), dimension measuring method and other technical support. Maintain and monitoring Inspection equipment accuracy through effective calibration and verification monitoring system. Represent the Quality Engineering department on cross functional project teams Support the day-to-day activities required to address manufacturing non-conformances Compile and analyse measurement data and statistics to assess measurement methods and process capability.
Qualifications

Minimum Degree in Metrology Engineering, Science or Mechanical engineering or equivalent. Preferably with min 2 years working experience in QA/QC Dept in Plastic Injection moulding specialize in geometric dimensioning measuring. Well verse in product's drawing, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. Well verse for ISO documentation and experience in auditing skills. Good communication and leadership skills. Computer literate, preference for application of SPC, Minitab, GR&R. Preferably working experience experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001,& ISO13485 and advantage for IATF 16949 Preferably with working experience in class 100K clean room environment. Preferably hand on experience with process validations skills Preferred fluent in English and Mandarin language.
