To update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Quality Management Policy, relevant systems and documents that related to ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, HALAL and Food Safety Standards.
Monitor and maintain the company document control system.
Ensure manufacturing processes and procedures are meet the quality standard and regulation requirements.
Monitor compliance of daily QC checks in central kitchen.
Manage measuring equipment calibration by maintaining the equipment calibration master list.
To involve as Quality Reviewer in Root Cause Analysis for investigation side.
To support product complaint investigation.
To support and assist in production and purchasing.
Any ad-hoc tasks that being by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements :-
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology or related field.
Basic computer knowledge.
At least 1 Year of working experience in the Food & Beverage is required for the position.
Candidate must be able to work on alternate Saturdays and Public Holidays
Work location is at Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras.
Optional Work Hour : 7.30am-4.30pm, 8am-5pm, 8.30am-5.30pm or 9am-6pm
