to support quality assurance and quality control functions in our restaurant operations. This role ensures that food, beverages, and service consistently meet safety, hygiene, and brand quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA)
i) Monitor compliance with
food safety regulations
(HACCP, GMP, local health & safety standards).
ii) Assist in developing and updating
SOPs
(kitchen, service, storage).
iii) Support staff training
on hygiene, safety, and quality standards
.
iv) Conduct
internal audits
and prepare reports for management.
QUALITY CONTROL (QC)
i) Perform
daily checks
on food preparation, storage, and handling.
ii) Ensure
ingredients and supplies
meet quality specifications upon receiving.
iii) Check the
cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance
of kitchen & dining areas.
iv) Verify
plating, portioning, and presentation
consistency.
v) Document non-conformities and follow up with
corrective actions.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Diploma/Degree in
Food Science, Food Technology, Hospitality,
or related field (preferred).
-Experience in F&B (restaurant, cafe, catering, or hotel) is an advantage.
-Knowledge of
HACCP, GMP, ISO
, or other food safety standards.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
