Job Purpose
Assist in Controlling Quality Systems Documents and Quality Programme so as to comply with standards and international codes used in company\'s business to maintain the certification and accreditation

Key Accountabilities

(1 KA) Responsible for effective execution of approved inspection test plans
(1 KA) Interface and coordinate with clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.
(1 KA) Prepare Quality Control procedures, Inspection Test Plans (ITP) according to project require-ments and client specification
(1 KA) Supervise Subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of Sub Contractor QC per-formance
(1 KA) Undertake the preparation of Final Handing over dossier and maintain proper filling system (as per Company procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the document
(1 KA) Handle the supplier evaluation and in-process inspection at the manufacturing location; applicable to the respective discipline of specialization
(1 KA) Attend PIM / PMT meeting at HQ as required by Project Director
(1 KA) Review final sub contractor MDR prior submitting to client / owner for approval
(1 KA) Liaise with document controller and update the status of latest document revision prior to internal / external quality / ISO audit including SCAR/NCR status
(1 KA) Review NCR, SCAR and QAN statistics to determine trends and ensure corrective action and preventative measures had been taken.


Qualification(s)

• Degree in engineering preferably Mechanical or Chemical
• 3 years of working experience in QA/QC mainly in oil and gas industry
• Certification in Quality Control (CSWIP / PCN / ASNT /API)
