Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of experience in QC/QA, including 2-3 years in a managerial or team-lead capacity.
• Planning, and team development skills
• Strong leadership in quality decision-making, documentation, and people development.
• Analytical mindset and process improvement capabilities
• Excellent investigation, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve QC systems and SOPs in line with GMP and ISO standards.
• Oversee all testing and inspection activities raw materials, packaging, bulk, and finished goods ensuring proper execution by subordinates.
• Make final decisions on product release or rejection based on compiled quality data and risk evaluation.
• Manage documentation systems: test records, deviation reports, COA/MSDS archives, and audit trails.
• Lead internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and response to non-conformities.
• Handle product complaints: lead root cause investigations, develop corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and communicate resolution with relevant departments.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production to ensure product development and manufacturing meet quality benchmarks.
• Conduct performance reviews and training programs for QC staff to ensure capability and compliance.
• Supervise pest control program effectiveness and maintain sanitary conditions aligned with product safety.
• Report QC KPIs, trend analysis, and quality incidents to management for continuous improvement decisions.
