Job Description

Quality Assurance (Strategy for Prevention):

To ensure company's quality philosophy and goals are achieved.

To assist Production Manager for production process control related activities

To establish clear Quality Control Guidelines for all stations and ensure the operators understand the quality requirement.

Responsible to minimize production cost by minimizing and/or eliminating rework caused by defects.

To ensure that customers' requirements for quality are achieved and handle customer complaint and reply Corrective Preventive Action Report (CPAR) to solve the problem.

Review all form recorded by QC

Inspection of stock and ensure quality before out of delivery

Handling the scrapped (rejected) of finished goods, material, carton, plastic packaging

Report to Management Representative (MR) when encountered quality issues

Quality Control (Strategy for Detection):

To record daily all in-process finished goods.

To inspect the quality of finished goods at Production and Store

Liaise with QA when encountered quality issues

To check the complaint finished goods Corrective Preventive Action Report(CPAR) and returned the product

To assist QA in making sure all QAQC requirement is communicated to all workstations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
