Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of Quality Engineering methodologies.
- Establish and uphold Quality controls across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Develop and maintain a standardised procedure for testing all software releases, including automation in the software build, test, and release procedures.
- Conduct continuous evaluations of QA capabilities relative to organizational gaps, presenting pilots, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and strategies for their integration.
- A minimum of 10 years\' experience in Banking, Consultancy, and IT services, with a strong background in Quality Assurance
- Experience in delivering and operating complex solutions, preferably within Digital Banking.
- Familiarity with working in an Agile or SAFe context, ideally within banking or retail banking.
- Proven capability in technical leadership and managed a team size between 15-40.
- Experienced in Lean methodologies with Automation, spanning multiple phases of the SDLC.
