Job Description

Develop, execute, and manage the annual internal audit plan and special audit projects across all sites.

Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3 requirements.

Hold valid Auditor or Lead Auditor certification for IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3.

Lead and drive group-level quality improvement initiatives to ensure standardization and consistency across all manufacturing sites.

Conduct on-site and cross-site audits to verify process compliance and effectiveness.

Track project progress and ensure timely completion of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Prepare and present reports for regular GQA meetings (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reviews).

Review and audit SOP changes across four plants; conduct gap analysis meetings, follow up on improvement actions, and consolidate comparison reports.

Integrate and manage documentation for DCC (Document Control Center) and group-wide quality projects.

Coordinate with relevant departments and ensure alignment of group quality strategies with site operations.

Independently plan and execute audits, evaluate findings, and provide clear and accurate conclusions with improvement recommendations.

Possess strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multiple sites and cross-functional teams.

Willing to travel domestically or internationally based on task assignments.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

More than 5 years' experience in quality engineering or customer service within PCB, mechanical assembly or electronics manufacturing industries.

Strong knowledge of quality standards and systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).

Experience in handling customer quality concerns, including audits and complaints.

Good verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
