Responsibility :-
a) Arrange daily job activities for IQC ,IPQC & OGI and provide clear job instructions before delegating the jobs to
subordinates
b) Daily Check and endorse all the inspection record (IQC, IPQC & OGI & any sorting report internal & External)
c) Arrange, coordinate and carry out all the inspection and testing with Customer Representative as per Inspection
Standard
d) Ensure his/her subordinates comply with Company's procedure and work instruction
e) Supervise job coordination, monitor conformity towards quality, environmental and safety management systems
policies and procedures.
fl Monitor and ensure all work is carried out according to the latest revision drawing and complies with Customer
Specifications, Class Requirements and Quality Management System procedures.
g) Monitor the progress of work and report the status of completion of the inspections such as On hold, accepted,
rejected & any quality issue to superior or management
h) Issue QAIR for any quality issue internal and external and follow up / do verification the QAIR reply and do
line verification for the QAIR effectives.
. i) Reply all NCR (Customer Complaint) within deadline.
j) Issue ICQFR to supplier for any Quality issue for raw material and sub part and follow up till close.
k) Arrange and liaise with Customer and supplier Representative for any Quality and inspection issue
l) Attend any audit by Customer or Others.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
