Client: Leading fintech company in Malaysia

Location: Bangsar South, KL (reachable by LRT)

Position: Junior / Senior

Remunerations: Basic salary + allowances

Implement QA Vision: Assist in executing the Head of QA's vision in alignment with the company's strategic goals, ensuring adherence to established best practices and processes. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the QA Lead, team members, and both internal and external stakeholders to support end-to-end testing and QA efforts throughout project lifecycles, agile sprints, and support phases. Conduct Requirements Analysis: Analyze and review requirements thoroughly during the early stages of a project. Identify and communicate potential risks or concerns to prevent issues in QA delivery. Plan Thorough Test Coverage: Develop comprehensive Test Analysis documents to ensure sufficient coverage from both functional and user experience perspectives, aiming to enhance user satisfaction and retention. Create Robust Test Cases: Design high-quality, reusable test cases covering Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, API, Compatibility, System Integration, and Performance Testing (where applicable), including Disaster Recovery Testing for both mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications. Automate Testing Efficiently: Implement test automation with a focus on reusability and maintainability to support continuous regression testing and streamlined application releases. Maintain QA Documentation: Regularly update and maintain QA documentation, including test cases, test scripts, knowledge transfer materials, and progress reports to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Support DevOps Activities: Possess working knowledge of code merges, deployments, and basic DevOps tasks to help manage test environments and facilitate release processes. Execute Testing Plans: Carry out test executions as planned, ensuring full coverage and adherence to project timelines. Assist with UAT: Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during both project phases and agile sprints.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar industry. Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure. Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage. Proficient in automated testing with hands-on experience in developing and executing automated test scripts.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
